My experience as a lecturer and trainer means I’m comfortable speaking to all sorts of groups, both large and small.
Audiences enjoy the story of how hypnotherapy transformed my own life, what I do as a hypnotherapist and motivational coach and how these therapies can help you change for good. They also like to ask questions about what I do.
My talks are tailored to the audience e.g. “Confidence and calm” “Stress in the workplace and how to manage it”, “Thriving, not just surviving” (ideal for health and social care staff, carers or just busy, working parents), “Successful weight loss using the power of your mind” and many other interesting topics.
There’s always some humour, so you will be laughing or feeling intrigued, rather than trying to stay awake, despite what you might think happens when a hypnotherapist speaks!
I can also demonstrate the power of thinking without having to hypnotise people, so no one needs to be concerned about me “taking control of their mind”- though that’s not what happens in hypnosis anyway.
