Gift vouchers are valid for 90 days from date of purchase and are non- refundable. They are subject to Change for Good Therapies’ terms and conditions (see below).

1. Each gift certificate purchased is for use by one individual and is not transferable.

2. Liz will try to arrange sessions at a time and place to best suit each client, but this is subject to availability.

3. As Liz works to the highest professional and ethical standards clients must read Change for Good Therapies’ consent and confidentiality form and privacy policy and sign/agree to these before therapy sessions can take place.

4. Hypnotherapy, coaching, mindfulness or wellbeing therapy sessions can help many people, however the client must genuinely want to make the change and be willing to engage in the therapy process. Success depends on the client’s active participation and motivation. Results cannot be guaranteed.

5. Some issues may need more than 3 sessions to achieve specific goals, if so, clients are welcome to book further sessions at a discounted rate if they wish.

6. Hypnotherapy, or any other therapy provided, is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric services or the appropriate counselling. Liz Cornwallis does not treat, prescribe for or diagnose any medical or mental health condition.

7. If the recipient of the gift voucher has a pre-existing physical or mental health condition or undiagnosed symptoms they may have to consult with their General Practitioner and/or Hospital Consultant and gain the appropriate medical approval before working with Liz Cornwallis.

8. Certain issues, client behaviours or health conditions including, but not limited to psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorders and some physical illnesses such as cancer may mean that hypnotherapy or other services offered by Liz Cornwallis are not appropriate. Decisions about clients’ suitability for therapy are at Liz Cornwallis’s professional discretion and she reserves the right to refuse to work with any client.
