I provide free talks on hypnotherapy, relaxation and wellbeing for local community groups, businesses and workplaces. Lasting between 30 minutes and an hour they are interactive and enjoyable as well as helpful and informative.

Change for Good workshops

These workshops offer real, practical tools and resources to boost confidence, reduce stress and help you become the best version of you. They can be delivered face to face in central, accessible venues or live online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Drawing on my experience as a lecturer and trainer I use creative, brain friendly, techniques to make learning fast, memorable and fun.

They happen just a few times a year, so don’t miss them.

These are a few examples of Change for Good workshops:

  • Vision Board workshop –enables you to create a vision and life plan to improve your wellbeing and achieve your goals. Great fun too!
  • Mindfulness based wellbeing & confidence -a new approach to everyday life, helping you feel calm, confident, and by being “in the moment” –simply happier.
  • Thriving, Not Just Surviving (for health and social care staff)–“You can’t pour from an empty cup.” Skills and strategies to cope better with work, raise morale, improve work/life balance and care for yourself as well as others.
  • Change for Good motivational (behaviour change) workshops -boost motivation and confidence for achieving your goals. To change your life for the better
