FREE STRESS REDUCTION THERAPY FOR NHS STAFF As a former NHS nurse and lecturer I can only imagine the burden of stress, grief and anxiety that frontline staff are experiencing now.  Psychological and emotional first aid is urgently needed to prevent burnout and safeguard wellbeing. That’s why I’m offering free stress reduction therapy sessions to frontline NHS staff. I’ve had a great response to these video call therapy sessions in my local area and I’m extending the offer to NHS staff across Scotland.

These sessions provide a supportive, confidential space to talk and offload. Designed to reduce anxiety, build resilience and boost coping skills during the COVID-19 pandemic, sessions can include hypnotherapy, talking therapies and more.  Your time off is precious, so this is a one off double session.  I have also created a free Coping in Challenging Times self-hypnosis audio recording to give you ongoing support.
